Organized by NJ Advance Media, the 2023 New Jersey regional awards program measures workplaces on three dimensions – employee engagement, leadership, and the basics. The program surveys the participants’ employees using the Engage Workplace Survey, and the results are determined by the anonymous feedback captured. A total of 88 companies made this year’s list.
