The measurement of drug and anti-drug antibody levels associated with biologics is critical in drug quantitation research. Biologics can have different in vivo targets including TNF-alpha, integrins, interleukins and more. It is often of importance to research the drug level as well as if antibodies have been formed against these drugs in blood to inform future applications.
