The UNIQO 160 provides a complete automation solution – from the primary sample pipetting to automated IFA image acquisition with only one instrument.

In one run, this benchtop device can process up to 160 primary samples and 18 microscope slides. During loading, the samples, reagents, and slides are automatically identified and assigned by their barcodes for complete traceability. Additionally, the system protects the slides from drying out through an automated mounting step and cover-slipping after incubation.

This device has an integrated high-quality microscope with automatically changing objectives (4x, 10x, 20x) ensuring brilliant images for the entire worklist.

  • Flexible loading with up to 20 controls, 4 dilution buffers, and 9 bottles of conjugate as well as mounting medium
  • High-quality recording of fluorescence images using autofocus and three automatically changing objectives (4x, 10x, 20x)
