Auto-Pure 20B

The Auto-Pure 20B automated magnetic bead cell isolation system is a dependable partner for the Revvity T-SPOT™.TB test and T-Cell Select™ reagent kit. A custom protocol enables users to quickly and efficiently automate the important peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) isolation stage of the T-SPOT.TB test. The Auto-Pure 20B uses magnetic rods to transport particles through the various purification phases; mixing, binding, washing and elution.
